Penfolds St Henri is one of Australia's greatest red wines. The Shiraz for St Henri is selected for subtlety and elegance and the finished wine has the structure complexity for extended bottle maturation. The 1991 is a classic St Henri vintage that is good to drink until 2022.
Don Julio Tequila
A small batch Anejo named after founder Don Julio Gonzalez-Frausto Estrada, who first distilled Tequila at the age of just 17 in 1942. Aged for at least 30 months in American white-oak, this is a remarkably smooth and incredibly complex Tequila with notes of tropical fruit, agave and a hint of cinnamon spice. Day of the Dead is one of Mexicos most celebrated national holidays. National Cellar 1573 Spirit of China is a commemorative baijiu product specially made in honour of 1573 National Treasures Cellars which is included in UN preliminary list as the worlds tangible cultural heritage and the traditional brewing craftsmanship of Luzhou Laojiao liquor as the worlds intangible heritage; its the highest level for protection of Chinese cultural heritage; and its also the greatest representative of Chinese traditional culture and craftsmanship which passed on over centuries.

Clase Azul Reposado Tequila
Clase Azul Reposado is an ultra-premium reposado tequila made with Tequilana Weber Blue Agave that is slow cooked in traditional stone ovens for a minimum of 72 hours. Once the agave reaches a deep, rich flavor, it is fermented with proprietary yeast prior to distillation. Once the tequila is distilled, it is aged for 8 months in hand-selected oak barrels. This process results in a superb, smooth taste which exceeds expectations with each sip. Bushmills 21 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey
Bushmills Single Malt Whiskey 21 year old is aged for a minimum of 19 years in former Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon-seasoned casks, then transferred into Madeira casks for a further 2 years. The result is a whiskey awarded Best Irish Single Malt 2013. It has huge depth that interweaves dried fruit flavours with spicy, aromatic maltiness and subtle nutty raisins notes.

The E.J. Carr Late Disgorged is a special, 30th anniversary release housed in a limited 1566 bottle edition. This spectacular wine is a true showcase of the prestige of the House of Arras style with its hallmark craftsmanship of extended lees aging - this wine for almost two decades. The Bouquet, Aromas of classical lemon curd and marzipan intertwine with hints of fresh brioche, field mushroom, truffle and caramelised walnuts. The Palate, An elegant and refined palate with notes of lemon curd, roasted almond and nougat alongside underlying yeasty and creme brulee characters. The low dosage accentuates the vivacity and purity of the fruit. Undergoing 16 years in tirage allows superb depth and complexity to the palate. Enjoy as an aperitif and as a versatile accompaniment to an array of gastronomy, most notably fresh seafood. This wine is an extraordinary example of time in tirage and therefore worthy of a celebration by itself.

In 1999, Guillermo Erickson Sauza decided to bring back the old Sauza family distillery to life. Today he produces Tequila Fortaleza there using 100% stone-milled agave, entirely produced on the estate which lies right in the middle of the town of Tequila. Fortaleza Anejo Tequila is aged for a minimum of 2 years. Soft-textured, rich and sweet, it really is the ultimate sipping tequila.
