Audrey Wilkinson Semillon from the home of Semillon in Australia, the Hunter Valley is a lovely crisp Semillon with abundant citrus fruit flavours, limes, lemons and a hint of sherbet. Delicious.

The Audrey Wilkinson Verdelho shows lifted tropical aromas with hints of spice and ripe melon.The palate has lashings of fruit salad and hints of apricot and citrus zest.

The Audrey Wilkinson Chardonnay shows layered peach, melon and citrus fruit flavours on the palate, both plush and textured, waves of exotic fruit are framed by a fine line of acid.

For nearly a decade, Shaun and Liz have been producing award winning wines for a number of the Hunter Valley’s most successful brands. The grapesfor this wine were picked from our 40 year old vines grown in the volcanic soilof the ancient Fordwich Sill. These low yielding mature vines produce ripe, concentrated fruitwhich results in a wine with excellent regional and varietal characters.

Drink the Brokenwood Semillon young for its zesty lime and lemon flavours or age it for 4-6 years to experience the succulent honeyed flavours of aged Semillon.

De Iuiis Hunter Valley Semillon has lifted tropical fruits and citrus characters that dominate the aroma, while excellent natural acidity adds balance and length of flavour.

The Army Block Semillon is an isolated parcel from the renowned Black Cluster Vineyard and handpicked to minimise skin contact and preserve the fresh, delicate flavours of the variety. The palate displays an elegant mineral line with refreshing and crisp pine/lime flavours. Excellent whilst young or will develop very rewarding toasty, honey characters with careful long-term cellaring up to 10 years.

David Hook has over 25 years experience with Tyrrell's and Lake's Folly, and in that time established his family vineyard in the Lower Hunter Valley. The Pinot Grigio is a warm climate interpretation, full of rich, sweet fruit and spice with acidity in support.
