Entirely sourced from Tyrrell's famous HVD vineyard. These dry grown blocks were planted in 1984 and 2003 and together they produce a modern style that has both richness and finesse.

Produced from old low yielding Hunter Valley vines this Verdelho has lifted lychee lime and tropical fruit aromas and ripe spicy flavours with zippy acidity.

Grown on the Roxburgh vineyard in the Upper Hunter Valley, no other varietal represents a sustainable growing future like Vermentino. Naturally high acid makes a bright, textural delight with tangy citrus flavour and acidity. Plenty of crunch and energy, we hope this wine is still around in the warmer months.

Subtle aromas of vanillin oak and melon, with a hint of green pear. Oak and fruit are well balanced. A rich fruit palate combines with a creamy texture from the French Oak treatment. The aftertaste is clean, with lingering peach flavours. Drinks well now, but will continue to improve with 3-4 years further cellaring.

The Italian grape, Fiano, is one of Australia's key alternate grape varieties. It is perfectly suited to the climate of the Hunter Valley. An unwooded style, the wine has intense varietal characteristics with aromas of pear and spice. The palate is perfectly balanced between fruit intensity and textural elements from the solids ferment, with a brisk acidity. A food friendly wine ready for immediate enjoyment. Peter Drayton and team are really delivering across their range, especially the regional staples of Shiraz, Chardonnay, Semillon, and this beautifully made Verdelho.Bright and pale. Subtle tropical fruit lift with dried herb, oyster shell and mineral notes. Refined yet generous with tropical fruit and citrus blossom hints, subtle spice with lime-like acidity, lovely texture, and good length and persistence.

The wine shows lifted tropical fruits with hints of musk, spice and citrus florals. A full flavoured fruit-packed palate, with ripe tropical fruits, well balanced with great mouth feel and a long crisp finish.

Bimbadgen Estate Semillon is light bodied with trademark lemon, citrus notes. High acid will ensure longevity in the bottle. A great Hunter valley style.

Brookdale Semillon comes from Tyrrell's famous HVD vineyard which was planted in 1908. It nearly always produces Semillon that are floral, softer, and more approachable. The floral nose leads into a palate that is seamlessly balanced between soft Semillon fruit characters and a clean, light finish.

An elegant wine displaying stone and orchard fruit flavours melded to a core of cashew and fig, all balanced by a seam of fresh acidity. 50% of the wine was fermented and matured in a combination of new and 1 year old French Hogsheads with partial malolactic fermentation, giving texture and complexity, the rest in stainless steel, to retain freshness.
