Hungerford Hill Classic Hunter Valley Verdelho
Hungerford Hill Verdelho has proven itself to be best suited to warmer viticultural climates, such as the Hunter Valley, where a complex unwooded style flavour ripeness is achieved and expressed early in the growing season allowing a fuller flavoured aromatic white wine. Brilliant youthful green in colour. A pungent aroma of spicy citrus, musk stick and hints of lavender whilst the palate is constant and complemented with hints of lemon and passionfruit with a subtle linear acid structure.
Hungerford Hill Hunter Valley Verdelho
An early ripening grape perfectly suited to the warm climate of the lower Hunter Valley. The small berries retain their acidity and produce fragrant white wines with intense flavour. the cool 2022 vintage has produced a beautifully aromatic wine with tropical fruit and refreshing natural acidity.
Signature Series Semillon
Great example of classic Hunter Valley Semillon. Refreshing lime and herbaceous flavours with underlying toasty honey characters starting to develop.Still aging very well with many years to come.
Pepper Tree Verdelho
The wine shows lifted tropical fruits with hints of musk, spice and citrus florals. A full flavoured fruit-packed palate, with ripe tropical fruits, well balanced with great mouth feel and a long crisp finish.
Tyrrell's Stevens Semillon
Complex mineral and flint aromas with a palate that has good length. Tyrrell's Stevens Semillon has wonderful balance between the fresh citrus flavours of youth and the aged 'toasty' characters. It is great with seafood dishes.
Macquariedale Organic Wines Marty's Verdelho
After a very dry Spring and Summer the Verdelho grapes were picked at the end of January with excellent natural acidity. The wine was produced exclusively from the free run juice of the press. A long clean finish results from organic grapes. Melons and citrus flavours are pronounced on the palate. To be enjoyed with spicy Asian dishes.
Macquariedale Organic Wines Chardonnay
These Chardonnay grapes were grown using sustainable organic practices. The 2017 vintage had a cool year start with a very hot finish allowing the grapes to ripen with lots of flavour and natural acidity. The harvest produced quite small berries which resulted in very intense flavours. About 30% of the wine was matured in oak barrels for up to 4 months and then blended with the balance of the batch.
WILD REN WINES UNTAMED SEMILLON
Aromatics of lemongrass and herbal notes, fermented on skins for textural complexity, with a bright, fresh and balanced palate of juicy tropical fruits. Sourced from a premium Hunter Valley vineyard with 75% of fruit fermented on skins. This wine is textural, fruit forward which has the perfect amount of balance on the palate; a more complex style of Semillon!
WILD REN WINES OFF DRY SEMILLON
Aromas of candied citrus and tropical fruits with crisp apples on the palate. A balance of acidity and sweetness with a refreshing finish. A delicate sweetness on the front palate with a rounded and crisp finish. Premium Hunter Semillon with a stylish twist.
