With careful cellaring, this Jacob's Creek Classic Cabernet Sauvignon has developed into a beautifully balanced and elegant red. On the palate, the dark berry and cherry flavours are smoother and more integrated, with the once-tight tannins now rounded and refined. The finish remains long and satisfying.
