High up in the Adelaide Hills, Paracombe is owned and operated by the Drogemuller family, which it has passionately done since 1983. Sourced from both estate and selected grower fruit, Paracombe Shiraz shows wonderful ripe fruit aromas with a delicate cool-climate aspect. Notes of cherries, plums, pepper and spice are notable along with a palate of layered spicy fruit and a fine tannin structure.

This classic Yarra Valley Shiraz from Yeringberg is showing those trademark Shiraz characters of cracked black pepper and great fruit weight, there is also some good concentration and a long powdery tannin finish.

This Cleanskin red has loads more quality squeezed into the bottle than could ever be expected. Vibrant redcurrant, fleshy spiced berries and plum with complex fresh mocha, all supported by a long and lovely length. Everything you never thought possible at this spectacular price!

The Zema family has a proud history of producing great Coonawarra wines with plenty of regional character. This rich inky offering is redolent of ripe berries with a long satisfying finish.

This is produced with grapes from a single vineyard of over 50 years vine age; the ancient clone with the red stem. It is vinified without the use of wood, in full respect of the tradition. Purple-red color with delicate violet reflections. Intense floral and fruity fragrance with enveloping notes of cherries, blackberry jam and violets. Fresh, mineral and super juicy with a typical pleasant almond finish and sweet tannins in the mouth. A very drinkable yet structured Dolcetto, capable also of moderate ageing.

This Dolce displays aromas of fresh florals and strawberries which leads to a rich upfront palate of red berry fruits, balanced by silky smooth tannins.

This Australian Dolce Rosso wine has fresh blackcurrent and ripe plum aromas with hints of spice. Soft fruity flavours with light spices leave a sweet and fruit intensity. Finishing with soft tannins and a clean acid structure through the middle of the palate.

Dolcetto means “little sweet one” in Italian, however traditional Dolcetto wines – from the hills of Piedmont in Northern Italy, are dry is style. Our Dolcetto is made in this traditional style, with a deep red colour and a light-medium body, supported by soft tannins. Drinks nicely chilled in the warmer months.

Intense and persistent, with taste of dried herbs, blackberry, bitter almond and carob. Deep red with light purple hues. Mildly damp undergrowth, with violet and cherry notes.
