HIRSCH VINEYARDS Estate Chardonnay, Sonoma Coast Hirsch Chardonnay was envisioned to create a transparent expression of their unique vineyard site, striving to bring the acidity and minerality of the site forward, with fruit and oak playing a secondary role. David Hirsch, enamoured with Barolo, had the crazy idea to plant Nebbiolo. Friend, and Williams Selyem Founding Winemaker Burt Williams, told David he should try Chardonnay instead. Thus the old Chardonnay vineyard was born. Together these tiny plantings comprise the Estate Chardonnay: complex aromatics with a generous mouthfeel and refreshing minerality.

Since their inception in 1797, the family of Maison Louis Latour have been synonymous with quality Burgundy wines from their entry-level all the way to their highly sought after Grand Cru wines.

This Premier Cru is found mid-slope on the border between Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet. The slope is very regular at between 3% and 6% and the soil is clay/limestone with red earth. The subsoil is a mixture of earth and flat volcanic rock which allows an extensive root system to develop. These conditions bring finesse and a touch of minerality to the wine.

Riserva "Aquila Reale" Millesimato has a truly rare elegance. Obtained exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown on the ancient Maso Sette Fontane estate in Valle di Cembra in Trentino. The vineyards lie at an altitude of 500 metres above sea level, and have been growing fine grapes for wine production since 1734.
