First gin distilled on the French Riviera, Inspired by the Perfume Mastery of Grasse. 44N is produced using a unique 3 step cutting edge process. The process is inspired by the high tech extraction and distillation techniques used for making the best perfumes in the world and has never before been used in spirits. The 20 high quality botanicals that go into 44n include Cade (a species of juniper typical to the Mediterranean), Mimosa, Rose Centifolia, Immortelle and Verbena which meld together with our unique process. Top notes The first thing that hits your nose is fresh zingy lemon peel and grapfruit. The aroma of a marine breeze, samphire, is punctuated by touches of mimosa. Cade adds woody, piney facets. Body notes A blooming floral body with hints of Grasse's rose centifolia and jasmine. Jammy facets of bitter orange are countered by the herbaceous punch of angelica. Hints of warm pepper here and there round out the middle notes. Base notes The tangy warm spicy notes of alexanders, underlying all along, allude to the undergrowth where the cade grows freely. Orris and honey ensure a sweet yet musky long-lasting effect on the tongue, holding their end as floral and citrus notes mingle nicely together.

Drawing on over a century of distilling wisdom, Ukiyo Japanese Yuzu Gin is born in Kagoshima from a base of locally grown rice that is distilled into a traditional shch spirit. We redistill our shch with juniper, yuzu, regional citrus and botanicals, respecting the 1500 year old tradition of cultivating and harvesting yuzu in Japan. The yuzu flavour is tart and fragrant, resembling that of the lemon and grapefruit, with overtones of mandarin orange.

Split Point gin has a soft subtle delicate nose, teasing out the botanicals in an enticing release. a beautifully balanced gin across the palate. sweet upfront, revealing good juniper notes through to a wonderful finish.

Paying homage to the historical sailors, this Gin meets the test they required for “proof” that the spirit delivered was as promised by the British Royal Navy. Using the base of our Signature Gin the intensified strength provides an enhanced flavour experience where each botanical dances on the palate. A punchy hit of fragrant aromas from the citrus, and the subtle sweetness of premium vanilla. Gin is created using limonene, one of the main compounds found in cannabis plants. The limonene adds an ultra-rich profile to the spirit, mingling alongside notes of juniper, mandarin and lime, and finishing with soft spice. Limonene is also found in citrus peel and is said to have anti-inflammatory properties which can be used to relieve stress and naturally decrease anxiety and depression.

Archie Rose Single Malt Whisky is distinctly crafted to highlight six malts, each with a unique profile and character. This six-malt mash bill, although incredibly low yielding, provides a rich and expressive flavour, full of distinct regional character.Matured predominantly in 100, 200 and 300-litre Australian Apera (Sherry) casks, complemented by a selection of Ex-Bourbon and Archie Roses own 36-month air dried Ex-Rye Casks, each coopered with a specific balance of both char and toast.The natural sweetness of these casks complements the savoury charisma of the spirit, revealing fresh herbs, shortbread biscuits, raisins, toffee and dark chocolate on the nose. Meanwhile, the palate is luscious with well-integrated flavours of sticky date pudding and amaretto with a final note of espresso.

The inclusion of local, hand-harvested Sugar Kelp speaks of our islands deep connections to the sea while working with eight other carefully chosen botanicals.

Creamy mouthfeel packed full of rich dark fruits and sweet malt notes, which give way to sweet vanilla and cocoa interspersed with cinnamon spice. The whisky is matured in a combination of French and American oak ex-wine barrels plus finished in rare Morris Muscat barrels, previously used to create multi-award winning Muscat. COLOUR: Deep rich copper with reddish hues. NOSE: Rich with dates, figs and sweetness of dark molasses. PALATE: Well balanced and complex. Dried fig, sweet malt, vanilla and spices with creamy mouth feel. FINISH: Superb oak influence, lovely finish with satisfying after taste that lingers on the palate.
