Red wine artisan, Marco Cirillo, has produced a single vineyard Shiraz with as minimal intervention as possible. Using 90% whole berry and 10% whole bunch as well as natural yeast fermentation without fining or filtering, this Shiraz screams of its terroir. Expressive fruit up front of plums and red berries with small waft of leafy characters. The palate dances across the tongue without hindrance from over use of oak and is a supreme wine for the price.

From the famous Tuscan region of Chianti, this wine is made from Sangiovese. The Chianti Classico style a wine is slightly richer on the palate, yet with that trademark dusty tannin and earthy spice backbone that make this wine such a brilliant match with pasta.

The EJ Shiraz is the jewel in Paxton's organic and biodynamic crown. Awarded 95 points in the Halliday Wine Companion 2017, this wine is the result of low yielding vines that are more than a century old. The flavour is elegant and round and the nose offers vanilla, black current and oak.

An aromatic wine loaded with spices such as cloves and cinnamon. Simply heat in a saucepan to warm and serve. The spices blend in perfectly with flavours of orange and lemon. Perfect on that winter night in.

Bright ruby red in colour with a vivid, full and intense bouquet. Complex aroma of red fruits, spices and red flowers. Goes well with pasta with rich sauces, meat and seasoned cheese.

Vibrant ruby red. Intense and alluring perfume of raspberry coulis, black pastille, juniper, red cherry and violets. Fruit forward yet complex with further layers and personality revealing itself over time. Expansive palate of bright berry fruit covering blue, black and red spectrums. Sarsaparilla and subtle creamy malt support the fruit line with fine talc like tannins building in length. The natural acidity has a salivating moreish quality, leaving the palate crisp, clean and ready for more.

It is our Cerasuolo di Vittoria Classico which is born in the Forfice vineyard, in the sunniest corner of the island, in the heart of the only DOCG in the south.

So you find it in the glass: intense like the scent of the earth, which envelops you in a caress. Manene is our first wine and looks to the future, the son of audacity and skill, it tells emotions, feelings and memories. A sweet and immense wine that I dedicate to you, my little Emanuele.
