Arras Brut Elite Rose Cuvee 1801

St Hugo DR3 x St. Hugo Cabernet Sauvignon

My 3rd collaboration with St Hugo continues DR3's regal lineage. Presenting DR3 the 3rd. This is Cabernet at it's finest. Aromas of raspberry mingle with hints of bay leaf. Whilst elegant fine tannins dance with bright red fruits and hints of oak to deliver a seamlessperformance on the palate. Long live DR3 the 3rd.

Heemskerk Coal River Valley Chardonnay

The Heemskerk Chardonnay displays an elegant cool-climate style with a brilliant pale golden color and enticing aromas of white peach, nectarine, lemon zest, toasted almonds and brioche. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with a creamy texture balanced by bright acidity. Flavors of ripe stone fruits, citrus and a hint of struck match are complemented by nuances of grilled nuts and a saline minerality characteristic of the Coal River Valley. The wine strikes a beautiful balance between rich fruit flavors, subtle oak influence, and a vibrant acid backbone, resulting in a complex and age-worthy expression of Tasmanian Chardonnay.

Clifton Estate "1837" Barossa Shiraz

“1837” marks the year that my ancestors first stepped onto the shores of the new land down under, Australia. They eventually settled in the Barossa ranges at the ’Clifton’ property in 1870. This wine is only produced in the best years and in very small quantities.

Milton Dunbabin Family Reserve Pinot Noir

Durif

This Small Batch Durif displays a full-bodied plush palate with bright & vibrant berry fruits including black cherry, blueberry, raspberry, and mulberries with hints of spice. Silky tannin finish and great balance.
