Freya Riesling is a pristine bone dry style with piercing racy acidity and delicate lime and floral notes. The Riesling is sourced from the Eden Valleys high Eden sub-region. The fruit is whole bunch pressed with only the free run juice retained. Cool fermentation retains the wines fruit purity and delicacy.

The fruit for this wine was sourced from the famous Watervale region off the Castine family Golf House vineyard. A classic dry style of Riesling with provocative lime, lemon and floral aromas. The tantalising citrus flavours on the palate harmonise well with the refreshing acidity, finishing with good length of flavour.

Gomersal Wines is nestled in the heart of the Barossa Valley and embraces the district's traditional approach to winemaking. This Riesling combines lifted aromas of lychee and citrus undertones with crisp pear, lemon and lime flavours, producing a balanced wine with complexity and length.

Aromas of freshly cut green apple blend with fennel and vanilla on a complex but restrained nose. The palate bursts with flavours of lime juice and white blossoms. The acid is firm but harmonious and drives the palate long through the finish. The wine finishes with a lovely dryness and feeling of refreshment.

Just over 20 years ago, Claymore Wines was humbly established with small volumes of Grenache and Riesling from a single vineyard in Penwortham. Since then, the estate has grown to include additional varietals and 44 hectares across three additional vineyards in Watervale.

Grown on an elevated, rocky site west of the township of Auburn, our single-vineyard pinot gris was hand-harvested at the perfect point of ripeness to create a brilliantly fresh style of wine. Our commitment to hand-picked fruit is vital in achieving pure colour and appealing grape character in the finished wine. In fact, we already began the process back in the vineyard by thinning 30% of the crop to enhance flavour intensity. Once we are in the winery, gentle handling and minimal interference and inputs are key to protecting the delicate purity of our pinot gris fruit and attaining the bright wine style we love. You want crisp and refreshing drinking thrills? Taste our pinot gris – it delivers exciting summer refreshment in every sip. "This has hallmark slickness and vitality in texture, with greasy apple, nashi pear and cashew savouriness, a lift of pleasing white vinegary tang and a dash of sweet, exotic spice. That's a good list of ingredients for gris, here done medium weight with good length in tow. While not overly complex, it delivers a sense of layers and interest to the wine.
