Turkey Flat Rosé is a blend of four varieties in which each adds it's own particular character. Dominated by Grenache, this revolutionary Rosé has cherry, strawberry and herbal notes with fresh acidity and just the right amount of fresh fruit sweetness to carry it off. Perfect on it's own or matched with a plate of freshly barbecued prawns.

Though part of the Barossa, the Eden Valley is a slightly cooler climate than the neighbouring Barossa Valley, so generally produce Shiraz that is slightly more elegant in style. That said, the Eden Hall Shiraz is a wine that is not only rich, vibrant and full of life today, it will also hang in for the long haul.

Barossa Valley identity, Kym Teusner, harnesses the fruit weight and concentration of old vine Mataro with expert hands here with the Righteous Mataro. The fruit was sourced from the 'fruit salad' vineyard planted in the 1930s and consists mostly of Grenache, but if you look closely, every fourth vine is a quirky Mataro vine! Wonderful layers of spice over dense blue and black fruits pave the way for a finish that is utterly long and sublime.

Light with refreshing acidity, Paul Mas Sauvignon Blanc is different to the fruit ripe New Zealand style Sauvignon, which is packed with passionfruit. In place are gooseberry and lifted white floral notes aroma on the nose. Great steeling mineral on the palate. A fantastic example from the region.

This Sauvignon Blanc from Paracombe in South Australia's Adelaide Hills is a beautiful wine with long lasting flavours. Aromas of passionfruit and tropicals with fresh pure flavours of gooseberry, and zesty, mineral notes for a clean lingering finish.

Te Rua Bay Sauvignon Blanc is a brilliant example of Marlborough at its best, delivering a delicate blend of unique fruit flavours paired with distinctive characteristics that only the region can offer. Located along on of the many bays at the top of New Zealand's South Island, Tea Rua's proximity to the ocean provides a unique climate for growing such incredible Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Expect subtle gooseberry, lemon-grass and tropical fruits backed by a clean, crisp finish. Fantastic!

Winemaking: Gentle pressings were combined with free run juice and cold settled. Fermentation commenced in stainless steel but some of the Marsanne and Viognier finished fermentation in and was aged in barrel until bottled in early August. The remaining Marsanne and the Roussanne were aged on lees in a tank until bottling, to enhance the structure and texture of the wine. Colour: Attractive pale straw. Nose: Aromas of stone fruits, honeysuckle and Asian spice. Palate: Medium bodied with good texture, mouthfeel and balanced mineral acidity. Flavours of nectarine, pear, mandarine and Asian spice give to make it for good food pairing, possibilities from seafood to white meat.

Planted on an Eastern facing slope the fruit avoids the harsh afternoon sun. This is the debut release of Spinifex Grenache Gris, and it's a wine that we should all be very excited about. When Pete Schell purchased the Dominion Vineyard in 2018, they quickly set to work planting varieties they believed suitable to this unique path of land, including the scarce Southern Rhone white variety Grenache Gris. This marks the first official release of this wine, and it's a beauty. The fruit spent a few hours on skins, before fermentation in old oak puncheons, followed by eight months’ maturation on lees in foudre. It's packed with glorious white and yellow fruits, with some creamy texture from the winemaking influence, and a pithy, salty finish that pulls it all together. Great with food or on its own, and a statement about the suitability of this variety to the Barossa Valley.
