Our Classic Dry White is from the famous Italian Vermentino grape. It is pale straw in colour with lifted aromas of citrus blossom, lime juice indulge the palate. The wine finishes with a crisp acidity and lasting length. A beautiful daytime wine that pairs nicely with shellfish, fresh salad and grilled seafood or chicken.
Wild Fox Organic Chardonnay
A nice straw colour and a bouquet of lifted ripe stone fruit characters of white peach and nectarine with toasty oak hints adding complexity. Stone fruit and lively citrus characters gives this wine a lovely palate complemented by vanillin oak and a tight acid structure providing backbone and length.
