Conveniently packed in a 2 litre cask, the Yalumba premium Sauvignon Blanc is a zippy little number. It is fresh and fruit driven with a zesty acidity and a great dry finish.

Pale straw yellow in colour. Aromas of ripe peaches, stone fruits and fig with a delicious waft of wild honey and native wildflowers. The layers of flavour on the palate reflect not only the Chardonnay fruit but the use of wild fermentation, malolactic fermentation and ageing on yeast lees. Fraser Gallop Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is partially barrel fermented combining the strengths of Semillon & Sauvignon Blanc to deliver an aromatic wine of strong citrus & grassy characters, tropical fruits, complexity and wonderful balance. It comes from the talented hands of Clive Otto.
