The Gardener is pale straw yellow with a slight green hue. The nose is vibrant. An elegant yet generous wine, it displays lifted nashi pear, nectarine and citrus with a spicy backbone. There is a lovely texture to the palate without taking away from the freshness and purity of the fruit.

The fruit was entirely hand-harvested and allowed 6 hours skin contact in the press before fermentation was carried out at cool temperatures to maximise fruit expression. This wine by Pacha Mama underwent lees stirring while in barrel, resulting in a buttery richness and complexity that sets the pinot gris style apart from the tighter, more acidic Pinot Grigio. A generous and textural palate, with flavours of crýme brulee, lemon zest and musk, balanced by refreshing acidity and a satisfying, clean finish.

This is a very fine Gris. Its elegant nose shows hints of citrus, grapefruit, musk and apricot while on the palate the wine is structured and remarkably tight with mineral characteristics supporting rich, tropical fruit. The acid is very fresh and the length impeccable.

This Tomich Hill Pinot Grigio has zesty citrus characters, balanced by just a touch of honey-like richness, and is complimented by a wonderful flinty crisp finish. This wine has a freshness that makes it enjoyable by many.
