Sidewood Pinot Gris is sourced from selected rows from their 300 acre estate in the Adelaide Hills. This cool climate, estate grown wine shows a fresh nose and palate of crisp apples, nashi pear and citrus. Jacob's Creek Double Barrel Shiraz Cabernet is a finely balanced mixture of ripe dark fruits and fine texture. The Limestone Coast offers fruit of intensity with ripe dark berry flavours and outstanding freshness. Finishing in Scotch Whisky barrels has softened the tannin profile whilst adding a slight cherry, crème brûlée edge, due to the heavy toast to the barrels.

Elephant in the Room Chardonnay is medium, deep straw yellow in colour with a highly expressive nose of ripe peach and melon aromas, struck match and notes of creamy oak. The palate is bold and upfront with a burst peach, guava and melon flavours with a rich and soft texture building to a mouthcoating and full back palate framed by subtle toasty oak. Fresh acidity gives balance before a soft dry finish.

Elephant In The Room Pinot Gris shows a clear, pale yellow color with green hues. Aromas of ripe apple, pear & lemon citrus dominate its bouquet, with some underlying notes of white florals and spice. Fermented solely in stainless steel with minimal handling, this beautifully lifted and expressive wine is lush with mouth-filling fruit flavors on the palate. The finish is light and fresh. All-in-all, it's a very versatile wine that pairs well with many cuisines.
