This Red Hill Esatate Pinot Grigio comes from the Mornington Peninsula. It is a cool climate wine, which displays aromas of refreshing citrus and lime zest, some confectionery notes with a hint of musk on the nose. It is soft on the palate with freshly cut pears, some minerality and neat acidity back bone. Resulting in a clean crisp after taste that makes this Pinot Grigio the perfect match for seafood dishes.

Sensi Collezione Pinot Grigio Veneto is aged in steel for 8 months, and then ages further in bottles for two months.
