This fragrant and aromatic Sauvignon Blanc is bursting with natural tropical fruit aromas and flavours and a hint of herbaceousness. Pronounced La Mas-kera, this label is named after the masks revellers wear at the Carnival of Venice held each year in Italy. In the glass: Pale straw.On the nose: Ripe pear and white melon. On the palate: Plush with a ripe mix of juicy white fruit with hints of stonefruit, a soft mouth-feel and fresh acidity to balance. This is more of a Gris style.

Later harvested Barossa fruit allows the ripe honeydew melon and white peach flavours to shine, complemented by delightful honeysuckle and lime aromas. Deep yellow hue with inviting aromas of ripe stone fruit and citrus, layered with subtle creamy oak notes. The palate is rich and full-bodied, showing generous stone fruit flavours supported by well-integrated oak, a smooth creamy texture and balanced freshness, finishing with pleasing length and depth.

Patrick Sullivan Chardonnay Baw Baw Shire Made from the south-facing slope of Patrick Sullivans Bull Swamp vineyard. The grapes are whole-bunch pressed to a new 2000 litre oval vat. Fermentation takes place over 10 days with full malolactic fermentation following immediately after.
