Paringa Estate

This is a newer world style of Chardonnay showing the elegance of fresh cool climate. Once harvested, the fruit was whole bunch pressed with the un-clarified juice that was fermented with inoculated yeast in seasoned French Oak Barriques. The wine by Paringa Estate was barrel stirred fortnightly during the eleven months of maturation and was sulphured early to retain fruit freshness & prevent malolactic fermentation. The bouquet of this wine is a mix nectarine, citrus/orange and complex sulphide solids aromas. The palate has similar fresh citrus & nectarine fruit flavours along with fine acidity. Chardonnay fruit combined with the complexity of barrel fermentation & maturation.

Annie's Lane Riesling

Annie's Lane Riesling shows attractive varietal aromas of citrus and floral notes. The palate is crisp and focused, the flavours of lemon butter and honey framed by lingering acidity. Consistently one of the best value Riesling's available.

Pizzini Arneis

Pizzini Arneis is grown and made in the foothills of the King Valley. This delicate grape ripens slowly in the protective Autumn mists and shows a bouquet of quince and almond and the palate displays wonderfully elegant fruit flavours.

Once & Well Chardonnay

Once & Well is an elegant example of Chardonnay from the cool climate of Margaret River. Once & Well sets a high benchmark for this wine style. Ripe stone fruit and spring florals with hints of spice and oak on the nose, this wine has a mouth watering acidity structure that complement the richer mouthfill of the wine beautifully.

Domaine Francois Chidaine Vin de France Petillant

Pizzini Pinot Grigio

Another outstanding Pinot Grigio from Pizzini. Aromas of ripe pear lead the way in the bouquet and the palate is fresh with crisp, zippy acidity very true to the grigio style. Enjoy it with seafood.

Domaine de la Combe Muscadet Sevre et Mainesurlie

The Domaine de la Combe Muscadet Sevre et Mainesurlie 2023 is a stunning example of the quality and craftmanship of wines from the Loire Valley in France. With a bright, pale straw yellow colour, this wine offers delicate aromas of white flowers, green apple, and a hint of lemon zest. On the palate, crisp and refreshing flavours of citrus, pear, and a touch of salinity dance on the tongue, accompanied by a subtle mineral note. The mouthfeel is smooth and well-balanced, with a long, lingering finish that leaves a pleasant, slightly tangy sensation. This Muscadet is a perfect pairing for seafood dishes, particularly oysters, and will continue to develop in complexity and depth over the next few years. Overall, Domaine de la Combe has once again produced a remarkable wine that showcases the best of the Loire Valley's terroir.

Chalmers Vermentino

The Chalmers familys commitment to innovation and excellence has made them a pivotal force in the Australian wine scene for over 20 years. Their work in the field of alternative, particularly southern Italian varietals has contributed a lot to the success of this movement in recent years. Delicate yet savoury, the wine exhibits a nose of clean florals and wet stones. The palate exhibits minerally acidity and balances white nectarine and citrusy fruit with a zesty, dry finish.
