The Garnacha Blanca is from Clos Ibai’s young vines, planted in 2014 and sitting at 400m elevation on the clay/limestone soils of Baños de Ebro. These vines are now certified organic. Grapes were hand-picked, and whole-clusters were pressed to stainless steel for fermentation. Maturation was for eight months in inox tanks on lees.

This is one of the finest Chardonnays produced in Australia. Sourced from vineyards in the High Eden, Mountadam's Chardonnay expresses fruit of peach, nectarine and nashi pear with undertones of spice and nutmeg. A true Chardonnay lovers delight.

Fine minerality and sea breeze, on the palate, the 14 months on its lees with regular stirring has created a supple wine with great depth, flavours of honey and nuts which then give way to stony complexity and a refreshing acidity on the finish.

This quality, sweet and light, muscat-type, variate, very aromatic TEMJANIKA win has a rich palette of aromas like orange blossom, orange peel, white flowers, dried and fresh apricots, honey, musk perfumes. Especially made to be easy-to-enjoy, our Muscat Blanc plays pretty and lasting on the palate. Bits of floral notes but with enough flavor to not disappear the minute it is swallowed.
