The Audrey Wilkinson Chardonnay shows layered peach, melon and citrus fruit flavours on the palate, both plush and textured, waves of exotic fruit are framed by a fine line of acid.

Subtle aromas of vanillin oak and melon, with a hint of green pear. Oak and fruit are well balanced. A rich fruit palate combines with a creamy texture from the French Oak treatment. The aftertaste is clean, with lingering peach flavours. Drinks well now, but will continue to improve with 3-4 years further cellaring.

The Scarborough Offshoot Verdelho starts with aromas of green tea with hints of tropical fruit, pink lady apples and honeysuckle. The palate shows botanical characters of sage, orange blossom, citrus rind, mint and lemon pith.

The Fish Cage Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is from the bank of the Hunter River. A blend of two classic varietals; where the Semillon brings aroma of lemon curd, lime leaf and a textured lanolin palate; the Sauvignon Blanc adds exotic tropical fruit with juicy acidity. The classic and seamless blend has profusion of flavour and a refreshing crisp finish. Fish Cage wines are vibrant, fun and and easy escape. We are often asked, "Why is there a fish in the cage?" Bimbadgen Estate Semillon is light bodied with trademark lemon, citrus notes. High acid will ensure longevity in the bottle. A great Hunter valley style.

Brookdale Semillon comes from Tyrrell's famous HVD vineyard which was planted in 1908. It nearly always produces Semillon that are floral, softer, and more approachable. The floral nose leads into a palate that is seamlessly balanced between soft Semillon fruit characters and a clean, light finish.

De Iuiis Hunter Valley Semillon has lifted tropical fruits and citrus characters that dominate the aroma, while excellent natural acidity adds balance and length of flavour.
