Ron Botran 8 Year Old Anejo Dark Rum

Matured for eight years using a Solera system, this rum from Botran has a rich, spicy character with notes of caramelised banana, toasted oak, ginger and black pepper.The Botran family is commonly known for sugarcane production in Guatemala, but in 1939 they decided to begin a journey by establishing Industria Licorera Quetzalteca. The five brothers agreed that the ultimate place to age rum in Guatemala was Quetzaltenango. Since that day they have been involved in all the details regarding their rum production. Although the nurturing process has evolved, it all began with the nurturing process called Sistema Solera. This process implies the integration of young and old rums, as they mellow for years in white oak barrels. They are the first family that produced Guatemalan rum, nowadays they continue producing one of the worlds finest quality rums. Solera 1893 and Reserva high quality rums have won many worldwide awards for their intricacy, profundity and signature sweet flavour.

Ron Botran Miracielo Artesenal Spiced Rum

Ron Obispo Rum

Ron Obispo is aged in small bourbon barrels of 200 litres where the maturation process takes place, adding the wood flavors to the existing licorice, honey, candied fruits and prune hints. The clove, nutmeg and vanilla spicy notes represent a trip back to the true roots of the genuine Cuban rums.

Double Pot Distilled in the Hinterland Rainforest, Sunshine & Sons Original Cane is sweet and herbvaceous. On opening the bottle you will find all of the aromas carry the essence of fresh sugar cane; grassiness, herbal, floral, pear oil, fresh cucumber, fresh cane leaves, and lightly made toffee and syrup. On the palate are rich, ripe, juicy sugar cane notes, grassiness, and floral notes. It is herbaceous with a lovely soft spirit texture. With subtle hints of rose, candied lollies and lavender oils, Sunshine & Sons Original Cane is very aromatic and lifted on the palate with balanced sweetness added to give extra richness and a coastal uniqueness.
