And we like that a lot. Freshly juiced Maroochy River sugar cane, wild fermented and double distilled —with just a little sweet cane juice added. It’s clean, pure, grassy and herbaceous – just like a Sunshine Coast cane field on a beautiful sub-tropical day. Double Pot Distilled in the Hinterland Rainforest, Sunshine & Sons Original Cane is sweet and herbvaceous. On opening the bottle you will find all of the aromas carry the essence of fresh sugar cane; grassiness, herbal, floral, pear oil, fresh cucumber, fresh cane leaves, and lightly made toffee and syrup. On the palate are rich, ripe, juicy sugar cane notes, grassiness, and floral notes. It is herbaceous with a lovely soft spirit texture. With subtle hints of rose, candied lollies and lavender oils, Sunshine & Sons Original Cane is very aromatic and lifted on the palate with balanced sweetness added to give extra richness and a coastal uniqueness.

Plantation Isle of Fiji Rum

From the pristine lagoons to the lush jungles, Plantation Isle of Fiji is an ode to the beauty of the Fiji Islands. Molasses-based and made using both pot and column stills at the Fiji Distillery, including local Fijian sugar cane, the liquid was first aged in the tropical climate in bourbon casks for three years, then sailed to the southwest of France for twelve months finishing in French oak. This double ageing method paired with Fijian know-how creates a rum with warm notes of exotic fruits and raisins. 40% Alc./Vol. Notes from the producers... Color : Gold. Nose : Intense, it starts on molasses, pear and varnish. It then becomes fruitier and spicier on apple, banana and gooseberry, also nutmeg and vanilla with a hint of smoke. Palate : Rich and round, it follows the nose with vanilla fudge, honey, ginger and fruity notes of prune and coconut. Finish : Very long on dried banana, bourbon and allspice. Santisima Trinidad 15 Year Old Cuban Rum

Santisima Trinidad 15 Year Old Rum is the result of three stages of ageing. Firstly, liquors are aged for at least 4 years before being blended into the base rums. Base rums are distilled from cane sugar and ages for 3, 7 or 25 years. This new 15-year-old rum is further barrel aged, rounding out the profile.Dark amber in appearance with aged, Santisima 15 Year Old has woody notes, toasty nuances and dried fruit aromas. Solera 1893 and Reserva high quality rums have won many worldwide awards for their intricacy, profundity and signature sweet flavour.

Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum

Black Barrel is a unique small-batch, hand-crafted rum created to commemorate the 310th year anniversary of Mount Gay. Like all their rums, double-pot and single column distillates are aged separately in whiskey barrels until they reach maturity. The Master Blender then mixes a higher proportion of double distillates to create this special blend. Aged again in deeply charred bourbon barrels (hence the name), adding a rich complexity and a warm, smooth finish.
