Marco Cirillo, the guru of Grenache. A true artisan, Marco is the custodian of some of oldest Grenache vines in the world and remarkably he tends to each of the old, gnarly bush vines by hand, some standing 6-feet tall! The resulting Grenache that makes The Vincent has beautiful, fine grained tannin along with fruit that is remarkably vibrant and appealing to the palate.

A myriad of mulberry, wild thyme and enticing savoury undertones are interwoven with layers of ripe summer berries. The palate displays both generosity and restraint, with plump and supple tannins that are supported by an amalgam of summer ripened plums.

The Barons of Barossa include many well-known and award-winning winemakers from wineries including Henschke, Elderton Wines, Kalleske, Glaetzer Wines, Kaesler Wines and Yalumba, to name only a few. The outstanding 2016 Barossa vintage, with its long, dry and warm summer days, has produced a wine that is full of rich dark fruit and chocolate flavours with finely balanced French oak complexity. This wine is drinking beautifully now or would reward cellaring for many years.

Raspberry red with pale pink hues. A pretty perfume of strawberry and raspberry fruit with hints of toffee apple and musk lollies. Generous with refreshing, sweet red fruits which mingle with bright, zesty acidity, flowing through to a lingering, crisp Granny Smith apple finish. Light and spicy Asian foods.

Established as a collaboration with the Hahn family in 1997, today Barossa winemaker Rolf Binder continues to produce the wines under the same label, with the JJ Hahn range now available in many countries. These are classic Barossa reds that represent exceptional drinkability and value. This Cabernet Sauvignon by JJ Hahn displays distinctive, full-bodied Barossa characters of mulberry, dark melted chocolate, prune juice, plum pudding and baked cherry stones, with edges of mint and herb which complement the savoury, tight knit French oak background. Vinification is simple and centred around preserving the delicacy, freshness and vitality found in early picked old vine fruit. This Spinifex Rose consists of Grenache (52%), Cinsault (30 %), Mataro (14%) and Ugni blanc (4%). Bunches from mature (averaging 65 years of age) dry drown vineyards are hand harvested and the crushed and left to macerate for between 4 and 48 hrs prior to pressing.

Turkey Flat Rosé is a blend of four varieties in which each adds it's own particular character. Dominated by Grenache, this revolutionary Rosé has cherry, strawberry and herbal notes with fresh acidity and just the right amount of fresh fruit sweetness to carry it off. Perfect on it's own or matched with a plate of freshly barbecued prawns.
