Don Fulano tequilas are made from agaves grown by fifth generation agave growers in the Jalisco highlands of Mexico. They are then distilled in the valley town of Tequila. The blanco tequila, packaged in a stunning bottle, is elegantly complex with notes of butterscotch and aniseed.

Beyond smooth. The crisp taste of Herradura Ultra starts with one of our finest anejos filtered to remove color and enhance smoothness. Prior to filtering, a subtle hint of pure agave nectar is added giving Ultra subtle notes of cooked agave, caramel, and honey with toasted almonds and a finish that is beyond smooth.

In 1999, Guillermo Erickson Sauza decided to bring back the old Sauza family distillery to life. Today he produces Tequila Fortaleza there using 100% stone-milled agave, entirely produced on the estate which lies right in the middle of the town of Tequila. Fortaleza Reposado Tequila is rested for 8 months. It has an amazingly soft texture with a vegetal sweetness balanced against soft and sweet vanilla notes from the ex-bourbon barrels in which it is rested.

Born in Mexico, shaped by Scotland, Storywood is the only range of tequilas in the world that are fully matured in single malt whisky and Oloroso sherry barrels. Storywood tequila begins with 10 year-old mature 100% blue weber agave, harvested from the lowland region of Jalisco and married with the natural spring water from Volcan de Tequila that flows down from the mountains. This liquid, much like a new make spirit, is then locked away in the finest of oak casks which have travelled 3 continents. Bottled at cask strength Storywood’s Double Oak is at the top of Storywood's range in the Cask Strength Limited Editions. Born in Mexico, but raised over 14 months in Single Malt Scotch Whisky barrels and Oloroso Sherry casks. Honey and caramel merge with cherry and dark fruit notes for a radically rare tequila. Utilising centuries of knowledge and tradition, yet not restricted by it, Starward is the brainchild of David Vitale who set out to harness the very best of Australia's barley, barrels and climate to create the ultimate new world whisky. Years of experimentation, adjustment, trial and even more adjustment has created Starward, a whisky that will challenge your perceptions of what Whisky can be. Artisan Victorian barley is sourced to begin the bespoke process which ends up in aged Australian Apera casks that have been re-coopered, re-toasted and re-sized. All of which help create a Whisky of smoothness, sweetness and unparalleled complexity.

Glengoyne can claim to have the slowest distillation process in Scotland - a process that makes this distillery very unique, much like their positioning on the Highland/Lowland border. The 15 Year Old Single Malt is supremely complex, sweet and well rounded. There is a wonderful spicy oak finish that compliments the luscious palate that is enhanced by the process of air drying the barley, never peat dried. The hand-selected ex Sherry casks also provide a richness that continues into the finish of this fine whisky that is ideally suited to enjoying neat.

With an average age of around 15 years and made from the finest terroirs in Cognac; Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, predominantly distilled in 1990, the Selections unique character comes from long ageing in oak barrels, which adds incomparable fullness and sweetness. Aromas of pears, apples, molasses, creme brulee, and vanilla. The palate is supple, plump, and grapey with a mouth coating texture, dried fruits and a slightly sweeter and lingering finish that is satin smooth.

The Quarter Cask is a strong, double cask matured, non-chill filtered malt from the iconic Islay distillery, Laphroaig. With a nose of burning peat embers and hints of coconut and bananas that is then followed by a palate that is deep and complex with smoky flavours. Still quite gentle with a hint of sweetness, this 48% Single Malt has a long, spicy and smoky finish that seems to last an eternity.
