Sourced from the finest plants from Jalisco's most exacting growers, Tromba Anejo Tequila is aged in white oak American Whiskey barrels for over 20 months, resulting in a rich, sweet tequila with notes of chocolate, caramelized anise, apple and peach.

Taking inspiration from those great Tennessee Whiskeys and Kentucky Bourbons comes Australias first version of a sour mash whiskey. Using a classic grain bill of corn, rye and malted barley, sourced entirely from Western Australia, our full flavoured sour mash is bursting with tones of vanilla, caramel and hazelnuts. This mixed grain whiskey is richly textured with elegant spices and fruit with a smooth creamy finish. Each barrel is hand bottled and numbered in keeping with our small batch tradition.

Despite its long ageing, this minimum 30-month blend is not overtly sweet or oaky; it has a drier style, which is full of spice and character from its highland terroir. Cooked agave is present with a fine mixture of dried fruits, almonds and roasted coffee. There is a subtle and masked fudginess reminiscent of dark cocoa that emerges from the depth in its long and slightly dry finish.

Each 500ml spirit lid is manually dipped in wax with a silver foil swing tag, presented in a hand wax dripped, thick cardboard cylinder box. Espíritu Lauro Joven is an ensamble made in San Agustin Amatengo, Oaxaca. This mezcal is bright and subtly smokey. It has notes of dried herbs and a sweet agave finish that mixes with the tastes of baked jalapenos.
