First distilled in 1888, Bundaberg Rum is as Australian as it gets. Aged for a minimum of two years, this great rum made from 100% Queensland sugar cane shows evocative flavours of molasses and caramel.

Named after a sea beast of myth and legend, The Kraken is unique Caribbean black spiced rum. Enriched with exotic spice notes of ginger, cinnamon and clove. The rich black colour takes its hue from the mysterious ink with which, as legend has it, The Kraken, a beast of epic proportions, covered its prey. While the smooth taste of the Kraken Rum lends itself to be enjoyed as sipping rum, it also tastes great as a key ingredient in a number of rum based cocktails, such as a traditional Kraken & Cola.

Made from a 100% natural maceration of Victorian pineapple with a double matured Trinidad Rum. This Plantation Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum has a rich and delicious bouquet on the nose. Accented by smoky notes and tropical fruit aromas such as, pineapple, citrus peel, and a touch of clove. The palate opens with a structured, pleasant sensation of ripe banana, pineapple, and spices layered in a smoky finish.

Bundaberg's Small Batch edition is crafted by blending the finest Bundaberg rums with the richest aged reserves from the distillery, then matured in sweet cognac and brandy barrels. Grapefruit Grenade is a super-premium small batch Overproof Spiced rum 57% abv. The finest rum is married with natural Pink Grapefruit, Honeycomb and Spices. Smooth despite its strength, with a burst of bittersweet grapefruit tempered by rich honeycomb sweetness, with hints of cinnamon and ginger. Grapefruit Grenade like all Rockstar Rums mixes perfectly with cola, lemonade or ginger beer. Grapefruit Grenade is an extremely versatile cocktail spirit for all classic rum recipes but our favourite for Grapefruit Grenade would be a classic daiquiri.

Local, sustainably sourced molasses is blended with our unique water. Artisan distillers hand make the wash and double distil it. Before the premium spirit is aged in oak casks, we bottle a very limited quantity for you to enjoy in cocktails and mixed drinks.
