Distilled from sugar cane honey, aged and matured in a complex Solera of batches of Rum aged between 6 and 23 years old in various styles of old oak barrels. This spirit has intensity, volume of flavour and an attractive, mellow flavour that makes this the ultimate Rum experience.

Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva is a blend of 20 per cent light column distilled rums with 80 per cent pot still rums aged up to 12 years, a proportion of which are rums from exceptional barrels which are used in Master Blender Tito Cordero's secret preparation. Although he won't reveal the ages of the rums used he has disclosed that he mixes these exceptional rums with a little cane sugar prior to blending with the main body of rums to amplify their flavour so they impart a slight touch of sweetness and a distinctive flavour to the finished rum.

RATU 5 Year Old Spiced Premium Rum is aged in charred oak barrels then filtered through coconut shell carbon with a toffee vanilla flavour. Fiji's water is renowned as some of the world's purest, while we use sugar cane which is grown in ancient volcanic soil and warm Fijian climate, then expertly hand-cut by thousands of independent Fijian farmers. Our rums are filtered through coconut shell charcoal to help capture the pure taste of Fiji, then matured in specially selected oak vats and barrels in time-honoured tradition. The result: a range of deliciously smooth, distinctively clean tasting, award-winning rums from Paradise on Earth.

They say, "Nusa Caña Spiced rum draws on Indonesia’s heritage of nutmeg, clove and exotic tastes in its blend of 6 all natural spices and flavours. Ginger, coffee & cacao are wrapped up in the sweetness of pineapple, finished with the exotic warmth of nutmeg and clove. The only rum inspired by the ‘Spice Islands’ of Indonesia." Nusa Cana aren't just bringing back Indonesian rum - they're making rum unlike any other. Javanese sugar cane molasses, natural forest filtered water and wild yeast (grown on dried red rice) are slowly fermented, then distilled twice in antique pot stills. The rum is matured in Javanese teak barrels and transported to Holland (it's a 250-year-old tradition) to be blended with selected modern rums.

Havana Club Añejo Especial is a blend of Rums aged up to five years and it is this ageing that creates the golden colour and warm aromas. Its character combines the lightness of White Rums and the robust aroma of Dark Rums.

Gosling's Black Seal Rum has a rich, intricate flavour, well balanced and nuanced with butterscotch, vanilla and caramel. Black Seal includes products of both pot stills, as used in fine Cognacs, and continuous stills, as used in grappa. One imparts flavour, the other yields a subtle elegance. Together they work wonders.
