A blend of rums from Barbados, Guyana and Jamaica in the overproof dark style. "O.F.T.D." stands for "Old Fashioned Traditional Dark". In its conception, Alexandre Gabriel, Master Blender for Plantation Rum, brought together six rum luminaries. After many tasting and blending sessions, they formulated a rum ideally suited for use in top-shelf Tiki and tropical cocktails.

Chilean Pisco is a distillate mainly of grapes from the Moscatel family, which are grown primarily in the semi-arid "little North" zone of Chile. Chile claims Pisco as its own, protecting its quality through strict adherence to regulations which permit production and processing only in the administrative regions of Coquimbo and Atacama.This reservado is aged in American oak barrels giving the product an amber color and a soft wood flavour and aroma. The main grape varieties used are Pedro Ximénez and Muscat of Alexandria. Expect delicate notes of vanilla and chocolate. Enjoy on the rocks, with lemon or fruit juice or in your favourite cocktail. 40%Alc/Vol

RATU 5 Year Old Spiced Premium Rum is aged in charred oak barrels then filtered through coconut shell carbon with a toffee vanilla flavour. Fiji's water is renowned as some of the world's purest, while we use sugar cane which is grown in ancient volcanic soil and warm Fijian climate, then expertly hand-cut by thousands of independent Fijian farmers. Our rums are filtered through coconut shell charcoal to help capture the pure taste of Fiji, then matured in specially selected oak vats and barrels in time-honoured tradition. The result: a range of deliciously smooth, distinctively clean tasting, award-winning rums from Paradise on Earth.

Black Barrel is a unique small-batch, hand-crafted rum created to commemorate the 310th year anniversary of Mount Gay. Like all their rums, double-pot and single column distillates are aged separately in whiskey barrels until they reach maturity. The Master Blender then mixes a higher proportion of double distillates to create this special blend. Aged again in deeply charred bourbon barrels (hence the name), adding a rich complexity and a warm, smooth finish.

Small Batch Vintage Barrel is crafted by blending the finest Bundaberg Rum with 8YO rum reserves matured in 100 year old Port barrels. Vintage Barrel is a complex rum with exceptional dried fruit flavours coupled with rich caramel notes, and the depth of American oak.

This international multi-award winning Rum is fermented using locally sourced sugarcane syrup and aged for 5yrs in ex-red wine hogshead barrels. Rich and smooth tasting this Rum will leave toffee apple on the pallet and a long lingering caramel finish. Named best pot still rum under 5 yrs old in the world in 2019.

Santisima Trinidad 15 Year Old Rum is the result of three stages of ageing. Firstly, liquors are aged for at least 4 years before being blended into the base rums. Base rums are distilled from cane sugar and ages for 3, 7 or 25 years. This new 15-year-old rum is further barrel aged, rounding out the profile.Dark amber in appearance with aged, Santisima 15 Year Old has woody notes, toasty nuances and dried fruit aromas. The flavour is long, combining sweetness and a slight bitterness well integrated with almond and walnut flavours.

Made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey distilled partly in copper alembic and partly in steel continuous column, to achieve a medium body rum. Aged in pre-used oak barrels using the solera method and finally bottled under the highest quality control to ensure all the secrets are contained in the liquid flavour.
