Synonymous with the south of France, Henri Bardouin Pastis is the only pastis to have been awarded a Gold Medal at the Paris Agricultural Show (Concours Gnral Agricole de Paris). Distinguishing itself from other pastis by its elegance and richness of flavor, its made in the artisanal method, incorporating 65 plants and spices and is smooth and refined.

A fine artisanal pastis using long macerations of selected plants and herbs and distilled in old cooper stills. Its fresh and elegant with notes of anise, sweet almond and chartreuse.

The youngest of the eaux-de-vie making up this blend of typical Bas-Armagnac grape varieties has been aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 3 years in our cellars. Tasting Notes: Beautiful amber colour, old gold. The nose of warm bread crust, blond caramel. With ventilation, the sensation of soft heat is confirmed and intensified then evolves into notes of angelica candied. The palate is frank, young, slightly vanilla, all marked by the toast and youth of burnt wood. A caressing brandy, all in flexibility.

An unaged Armagnac distilled from Colombard grapes, typically served straight over ice as an aperitif or reserved for use in cocktails. Crystal clear / silvery appearance. Varnishy notes dissipate after several seconds revealing pristine, delicately grapey aromas with hints of beeswax and almond. Good concentration. Grappa-like, medium dry, lightly fruity and waxy with a burst of spice. Ends fresh, dry with the fruity notes and gentle spices persisting. Lovely eau-de-vie. A blend of specially selected aged rums, it is a combination of the Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills and the Port Mourant double wooden pot still, blended to perfection. Lush tropical fruit and spices dominate the nose with hints of honey and dark sugar. It has a round, mellow, full bodied palate with powerful fruit, tobacco, and orange; leather and toasty oak flavours.
