Prosper Delord was a travelling distiller who upon discovering Armagnac fell in love with the spirit and decided to start Maison Delord in 1893. Today Jerome and Sylvain Delord, Propers great grandchildren continue the tradition with the same passion, knowledge and love that has been handed down through the generations.

The El Dorado 12 Year Old has been awarded a gold medal at the International Wine and Spirit awards for 8 years running. A blend of specially selected aged rums, it is a combination of the Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills and the Port Mourant double wooden pot still, blended to perfection. Lush tropical fruit and spices dominate the nose with hints of honey and dark sugar. It has a round, mellow, full bodied palate with powerful fruit, tobacco, and orange; leather and toasty oak flavours.

For the rebellious spirit, we have fashioned a modern interpretation of the classic spiced rum.We foraged native Australian botanicals, blended them with exotic Caribbean spices, then hydrated the elixir with pure Tasmanian mountain spring water. The resulting rum contains notes of orange and cinnamon, with hints of vanilla playfully hidden for the adventurous to discover.New Norfolk Distillery is anchored in the Derwent Valley at the southern edge of Australia. Amber gold in colour with fruity notes of orange blossom, dry plum, apricot and spicy notes of vanilla and liquorice

Gin made in a glass still (RotoVap). Distilled at very low temperature and pressure. An intensely aromatic and bold gin.Bright and spicy notes of pink peppercorns and juniper, balanced with the warmth of honey, tonka and vanilla. Pink Pepper Gin is handcrafted and intricately designed to evolve over time, both in the glass and in the bottle.

Amongst the different grades of cognac the VS quality is the youngest which can be sold after a minimum of 30 months in oak casks. For ageing the House of Prunier uses casks of 400 litres coming exclusively from the Limousin district and which are on average 6 to 8 years old.Prunier VS expresses the freshness, the delicacy and the fruit of the different areas of the region. It is an excellent base for mixtures and is adapted to cocktail aromas.

The first aged Fairtrade certified rum in the World. Produced in Belize using molasses from Organic sugar cane, bottled in France after aging for 5 years in American oak barrels. Fair Rum offers a complex aromatic structure that has received huge amounts of international acclaim.

A Champagne drinkers' Champagne. Freshness and vivacity with a delicate bead and complex fruit flavours. A perfectly integrated acidity suggests that it will age very well. Great as an aperitif, but with enough body to handle almost all food pairings.

The El Dorado 15 Year Old is one of the most decorated rums in the distillerys history, including winning the International Wine and Spirit Awards Best Rum in the World an unprecedented 4 times consecutively. This award is just one amongst an exhaustive list of respected, international honours that place this rum as, surely, one of the finest ever made. It has a full nose packed with dark coffee, candied orange, almonds, dark chocolate, pepper and rich vanilla.

A balanced cognac, marked by an oaky taste. Its time spent ageing in a barrel infuses it with complex aromas along with notes of caramelised dried fruits and prunes. This tone adds a number of rich qualities to a cocktail.
