Inspired by the classic cocktail Gibson Martini this edition is a unique savoury style of gin, thanks to the immense flavour palette. Added to the original 5 Copperhead botanicals are not less than 13 carefully selected spices traditionally used in pickling. These ingredients, among which are mace, pepper, cassia, bay leaf, ginger, allspice, fennel and dill seeds are joined by just a touch of eight-year-old Genever to complete this smooth and complex taste.The Gibson Edition can be used to add a pickled twist to cocktails or can be enjoyed with premium tonic water as your new favourite Gin & Tonic. Add a pickled garnish to finish it off.

An exceptional cognac made mainly of four crus, Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Fin Bois and Bons Bois. Its warm amber color and its silver label will make you spot it at first glance. Bisquit & Dubouche VSOP is slowly matured in french oak barrels for a minimum of 4 years. A core of ripe fruits disclosing aromas of apricot and honey. Then a spicy sense of cinnamon and clove, ended by a floral smell of rose. Smoothness and mellowness made unique by a teasing interplay of aromas. Notes of honeysuckle, citrus, and mango.

Starward Wine Cask Single Malt Whisky is uniquely Australian, crafted exclusively with local wine barrels for maturation resulting in a Whisky with balanced aromas of raisins, bananas and a touch of balsamic lead to clove, toffee and nougat. The palate is filled with red berries, hints of cinnamon and a variety of savoury and spice driven notes. A long, dry and tannic finish guides a strong linear reach through the palate, balancing a generous roundness and oiliness of the spirit.

Biodynamic. La Moussière is one of the great vineyards of the Loire Valley. Cultivated with incredibly rocky, limestone-rich soils, this gently rolling vineyard lies on the ancient Saint-Doulchard marls, which form a part of the great Kimmeridgian chain (à la Chablis). Coupled with Mellot’s meticulous biodynamic farming and low yields, it’s a terroir responsible for some of Sancerre’s most striking and atypical wines. As usual, 50% of this wine underwent fermentation in huge wooden fermenters and was raised in oak casks—a fact that in no way compromises the fabulous purity and energy on offer. The balance of the wine was fermented and raised in traditional concrete vats before blending. All the wine was aged on fine lees for a period of roughly 12 months, further enhancing the wine’s famously deep and pulpy texture.

The Glenfiddich 18 Year Old Ancient Reserve is a truly superb single malt aged in Oloroso (Sherry) and Bourbon casks. This has created an amazingly smooth, mellow, and full flavoured whisky.
