This Cabernet Sauvignon blends the craftsmanship of California winemaking with the Southern tradition of Bourbon Whiskey aging, resulting in an incredibly bold sensory expression. Deep, rich ruby in color, it opens with concentrated aromas of blackberry cobbler, ripe dark berries, graham cracker, brown sugar, vanilla, milk chocolate, and toasty oak with notes of coffee and smoke. Flavors of ripe blackberry cobbler, blueberry pie, praline, sweet vanilla custard, brown sugar, caramel, and mocha are accented with hints of coffee and smoke. Soft, chewy tannins and toasty oak round the wine out with a long, lush finish. A superb accompaniment to grilled ribs, a charcuterie board, hearty pasta dishes, and strong cheeses.

Aged in new charred barrels made from American White Oak, which gives Nelson County the smooth, distinctive flavour of a true Bourbon Whiskey.

Maker's Mark 46 Kentucky Bourbon Whisky is one unique Bourbon. Starting with the original Maker's Mark whisky, the barrels are emptied of the golden spirit to make way for extra French Oak staves. The whisky is then returned to the barrel and then aged to taste. Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year Old 107 Proof Bourbon Whiskey is one of the smoothest Whiskies you will find. It is bottled as close to cask strength as possible. The nose is sweet and soft with wheat, corn, custard and dried fruits followed by a rich and think palate with vanilla and caramel with subtle hints of coffee beans and soft oak. The finish is long and spicy.

Old Rip Van Winkle 13 Year Old Family Reserve Rye displays refined maturity with toasty oak, black pepper and spices on the nose followed by sweet and spicy body full of caramel, prunes and oak.
