The small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon has flavours of caramel, pear and hints of citrus that balance out the palate. It has subtle flavours of a smooth smokey finish.

Mornington Pale is an American-style pale ale, pouring a cloudy golden yellow with a tightly packed white head. Our Pale has both citrus and passion fruit aromas, showcasing American hops added late in the brewing process. A light smooth palate, aided by the generous addition of wheat malts, moderate bitterness and carbonation make for a flavoursome and sessional ale.

It's 100% chardonnay and is fruit-forward, clean, and has benefitted from barrel ageing which helped to round the wine and add just a touch of richness. A small batch New Western Style Dry Gin, made in Portland, Oregon. It is thought to be the first true partnership between distiller and bartender. Leading US mixologist Ryan Magarian, its creator, describes it as a “botanical democracy” of juniper, cardamom, coriander, lavender, anise seed, sarsaparilla and dried orange peel.

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a delightful example of the classic pale ale style. It has a deep amber colour and an exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. The fragrant bouquet and spicy flavour are the results of the generous use of the best Cascade hops.
