Serving Suggestions: To serve, fill two tumblers with ice, fill glasses evenly with Dr Onyx Just Gin, top with a quality tonic water (we recommend Fever Tree) and a squeeze of fresh lime, dropping the lime into the glass. A classic Irish style, reimagined by a modern farm distillery. Made from a traditional mash bill of 60% malted and 40% unmalted barley, this Single Pot Still whiskey is triple distilled for smoothness and complexity. With no added colouring and bottled at 46%, it delivers purity, authenticity, and plenty of character. Tasting Notes: Nose: Warm and inviting, with caramel-toffee richness, soft oak vanilla, malted cereals, and a subtle whisper of coconut. Palate: Rich earth-driven malt with sweet spices of liquorice, cloves, dried fruit, and green cardamom. A little water elevates a creamy, silky mouthfeel. Finish: Long, malty closure that shifts into cloved orange peel and a background of aniseed.

This outstanding tequila is hand-made from stone-crushed agave in the town of Tequila itself. The Blanco is a remarkable, soft and smooth tequila - the best example of a heartland tequila available.

Redbreast 12 Year Old Irish Whiskey is the quintessential example of premium Irish Whiskey, and considered to be the purest form of the art. With a history dating back to 1903 when John Jameson & Company entered into an agreement with Gilbeys Wines & Spirits Import Company to supply new make whiskey which was then 'bonded' in old sherry and port casks. Single Pot Still whiskey is unique to Ireland and this exciting example is crafted from both malted and unmalted barley and then triple distilled in a traditional copper still. The result is a whiskey of unrivalled richness, complexity and smoothness. Hints of creaminess on the finish round out an true Irish Whiskey of pedigree.

By using new French oak casks to finish this scotch, a fantastic vanilla and spice character is leeched into the whisky. This compliments the sweet malt and floral characters perfectly.

Johnnie Walker Green Label Scotch is a blend of entirely Single Malts and has aromas of smoky vanilla oak, pepper, fresh cut grass and sandalwood on the nose. Rich mouthfeel with a delicate earthiness are balanced through to a lingering malty aftertaste. Sophisticated and full of finesse. Great to enjoy neat or on the rocks.

One by one, The Last Great Malts of Scotland will leave their distillery gates. Deemed the bad boy of Speyside, Craigellachie is an unapologetically unique and challenging Single Malt. This is a complex dram, packed with flavour and texture. 13 Years Old, from an 1891 distillery. Bottled at a punchy 46% ABV. A stubborn, sulphurous single malt, condensed in rusted worm tubs on an inhospitable rocky bluff.

Balvenie Caribbean Cask was created by The Balvenie Malt Master, David Stewart, who celebrated an incredible 50th anniversary at the distillery in 2012. This single malt has had a 14-year maturation period in traditional oak whisky casks, before being transferred to casks that previously held Caribbean rum to finish aging.

Golden brown in colour, Glenkinchie Distillers Edition Single Malt Scotch Whisky displays sharp and brittle notes. Complex and refined, an astonishing balance between the sweet and dry flavours of vanilla and grape. The malted barley and cask wood offer nuttier tones and a complex oaky finish.
