A super smooth gin featuring a medly of Hawkesbury grown citrus. Tahitian lime leaf and Kaffir lime leaf also grown on the distillers farm are balanced with aromatic Navelina oranges & juniper from the highest mountains of Bulgaria. Finger lime gin is hand made in micro batches of just 43L using spring water from our farm. Each bottle takes over 1 year to make and mature from growing the fruit to distilling the gin and infusing the finger lime caviar so that when you bite those little pops you get a burst of 40% alcohol gin which is different to the gin they are suspended in.
