The gateway to double cask maturation, Aberlour 12 year old double cask matured has balanced notes of fruits and spices. Golden amber with hints of ruby red. Matured for many years in traditional Whisky casks before being finished in sherry casks, this 12 year old single malt from Balvenie is rich and smooth. It's characterised by rich honey sweetness and a delicate layer of Sherry that lingers on the palate.

Balvenie Caribbean Cask was created by The Balvenie Malt Master, David Stewart, who celebrated an incredible 50th anniversary at the distillery in 2012. This single malt has had a 14-year maturation period in traditional oak whisky casks, before being transferred to casks that previously held Caribbean rum to finish aging.

The plums are steeped for up to 3 months to produce a truly unique sloe style gin. With an earthy aroma that is reminiscent of plum jam, stewed rhubarb and a touch of sweetness. No. 209 Chardonnay Barrel Reserve Gin initially shows a grassy nose followed by buttery-toffee and a hint of oak. The fist sip is subtly sweet and almost fruity, followed by a gin-inspired mid-palate with juniper, cardamom, orange and a hint of eucalyptus. Its finish is rich, long and lingering with a light tannin tang, the sweetness, toasted oak and a pronounced butterscotch note carrying on until the next sip. The Chardonnay Barrel Reserve Gin won a Master Medal in the Gin Masters Competition by the Spirits Business in 2018.
