Our Cabernet Sauvignon is rich with blackcurrant and luscious vanilla aromas. Underlying coffee flavours blend with bay leaf overtones. The palate of this full bodied wine shows bold fruit flavours and mild spice with soft tannins and lingering finish.

Amber in colour, this fortified wine shows some sweet caramel overtones, and then finishes nice and dry.

A great Merlot, this wine has intense plum, raspberry and cherry flavours with silky soft tannins.

Young Poets Pinot Grigio has bright fruit characters of green apple and ripe pear. Softly textured and balanced with a crisp acidity to the finish.

Young Poets Chardonnay has lovely pineapple and fresh fig flavours, creamy, spicy oak with a touch of vanilla and a long, textured finish.

Winemaking:The grapes for this wine were picked at night to keep the temperature cool and enhance fruit quality and freshness.The wine was fermented in tank over a 14 day period with temperature control to retain fruit intensity.
