Dal Zotto Sangiovese

Dal Zotto Sangiovese is mid garnet with a purple hue; the savoury bouquet is immediately reminiscent of Tuscany with briary red fruits, sour cherry in particular, sage and thyme and a little earthy complexity adding interest; the palate is medium-bodied and fleshy on entry, with the crunchy tannin and acid of the variety providing an engaging and savoury platform to conclude; will handle a huge array of flavours, from light to full blooded.

Le Badesse DOCG Chianti Classico

Intense and concentrated ruby red color. Fine and elegant bouquet, characterized by ripe red fruit and floral notes accompanied by hints of spices. The palate brings out all its freshness, balanced by very well integrated tannins. A stylish Sangiovese with a long and persistent finish.

Frescobaldi Nipozzano Riserva

Made from Sangiovese, this is a wine of great personality. Dusty tannin and earthy spice are balanced with some red fruit characters and mouth-watering acid that cries out for something rich and hearty to be eaten with it.

Nick Spencer Wines P.A.R. Sangiovese

P.A.R. Sangiovese by Nick Spencer - P.A.R. Wines prophets a landscape transitioning away from traditional grape varieties and wine styles of previous generations into an exciting tapestry of vineyards growing varieties that are better suited to our changing climate and winemakers crafting wines better suited to our evolving lifestyle and cuisine. P.A.R refers to a latin saying, examine the past, be in the present and look to the future.

Frescobaldi Castiglioni Chianti

Deep in the heart of Chianti in Italy's beautiful region of Tuscany lies Frescobaldi. Made from Sangiovese with a touch of Merlot to soften the palate, the wine displays bright cherry and red berry fruit with a well balanced savoury backbone of earthy spice.

Tenuta Di Arceno Chianti Classico

The breathtaking estate of Tenuta di Arceno lies in Tuscany's Chianti Classico region, where wine has been made for nearly 3,000 years. It is mostly dedicated to Chianti Classicos signature grape, Sangiovese. While this Chianti Classico is unmistakably Tuscan in origin, it offers a level of depth, power, and concentration that is rare for its classification. The fruit, mostly Sangiovese, comes from some of the coolest blocks of the estate, which accounts for the wines vibrant acidity. The dominant flavors include plums, earth, cherries, licorice, dried herbs and cedar.

Saracosa ()

Saracosa is inspired by the ‘Super Tuscans’ – a style first developed in the 1970s. These wines kickstarted the region’s renaissance and became some of the most exclusive and expensive in the world. Saracosa is from the Barbanera family estate, where half the vineyards are in the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG, and the remainder just beyond. In the 5-Star 2017 vintage Saracosa’s old vines delivered exceptional concentration. Dense, dark cherry and chocolatey tones make this a serious choice for pasta with pork ragù or bistecca alla fiorentina (steak with cannellini beans in tomato sauce).
