At 40% this mezcal has fresh acidity, round fruitiness and a nice balance of roasted agave and smokiness. The finish is clean and light on the palate with hints of jalapeno spice. Since inception in 1881, Bunnahabhain has been producing an Islay malt a little different from most. By not heavily peating their malted barley, the resulting whisky is a clean, pure and distinctive malt. Tasting note: This deep gold coloured Anejo conjures frail aromas of incense and potpourri alongside menthol tobacco and lavender honey. Brief air contact reduces the bouquet to oak shavings. It's silky and well-rounded with butter-menthol cough lozenge and white pepper flavours finishing elegant, medium long with light wood spice. An accessible sipper. 40% Alc./Vol.

This outstanding tequila is hand-made from stone-crushed agave in the town of Tequila itself. The Blanco is a remarkable, soft and smooth tequila - the best example of a heartland tequila available.

Made from 100% Webber Blue Agave with wild yeast, the spirit is clear with a medium body and high tannin. On the nose it has a mellow profile with botanical nuances, notes of cooked agave emerge with crystallized fig, with hints of lime peel, menthol and epazote. The finish has notes of vanilla pod, chamomile flower and honey, with a long pepper finish. Certified Kosher.

Chartreuse is an aromatic French liqueur flavoured with 130 herbs. Naturally green colour, it can be served cold or as a fragrant base to cocktails.

Casamigos Reposado Tequila, aged for 7 months, is soft, slightly oaky with hints of caramel and cocoa. It has a silky texture with a medium to long smooth finish.
