Don Fulano Anejo tequila
Despite its long ageing, this minimum 30-month blend is not overtly sweet or oaky; it has a drier style, which is full of spice and character from its highland terroir. Cooked agave is present with a fine mixture of dried fruits, almonds and roasted coffee. There is a subtle and masked fudginess reminiscent of dark cocoa that emerges from the depth in its long and slightly dry finish.

Makers are now experimenting with different production styles, and revellers are loving the results. With the Day of the Dead celebration kicking off on the 31st of October, now is the time to embrace tequila, the spirit crafted in Mexico from the agave blue weber plant.

Patron Gran Patron Piedra Tequila
The word Piedra means Stone in Spanish, because this very unique spirit was created entirely from an ancient process whereby a large tahona stone, wheeled slowly, crushes the agave. The resulting juice is then fermented and distilled with the crushed agave fiber, creating an herbaceous and earthy flavor. The taste is sweet, yet rich and complex, combining an herbaceous agave flavour with light vanilla, and fresh mushroom. The finish is long-lasting and remarkably smooth.
