Their Little Yering Chardonnay provides all the complex aromas and flavours you expect from the artisans from the Melba Highway, but with a price tag that more than friendly. Bress Rose

This Rosé was produced from 100% Merlot grown in two separate Yarra Valley vineyards near Dixon Creek, Victoria in the cooler part of the wine region. The richer soils of this region, together with the cooler average temperatures during the growing season contribute to the production of delightfully flavoured fruit. Sunset apricot & peach blush. The wine offers a subtle array of fruit aromas of apricot and stone fruits. On the palate the apricot influence is also notable on the palate and is dry, smooth, and easy drinking. Whilst a perfectly delicious wine on its own, this rosé is a delectable pairing with spicy Asian salads, pan-fried scallops, or lightly seared meats from the grill.

Yering Station Little Yering Dry Rose

Fresh strawberries, orchard fruits and crushed herbs. Lush with ripe red and yellow fruits, the palate is wonderfully refreshing. A subtle, complex savoury line runs through, adding beautiful depth. The finish offers structural tannins and an acid whip, the persistency demanding a refill. A very smart wine indeed.

Levantine Hill Syrah

Levantine Hill Syrah has lifted complex aromas of dusty red berries, musk, cardamom and white pepper and vanillin oak. The elegant medium-bodied palate abounds with spice and earthy nuances in a concentration of savouriness. The silky ripe tannins have been deftly integrated with the underlying oak providing carriage for the fruit weight and lingering flavours to a pronounced and persistent finish.

Levantine Hill Cabernet Sauvignon

The Levantine Hill Cabernet Sauvignon is redolent with blackberry, blackcurrant and cocoa-rich chocolate. The supple, balanced middle palate evokes truffle, bramble and earthy complexity. An outstanding example of the Yarra Valley region, its chewy, satisfying tannins are beautifully-integrated with fleshy fruit characters, hedonic spice and lingering, persistent length.
