Originally named Alpha Crucis after the brightest star in the Southern Cross, this big hoppy extra pale ale celebrates Australian malt and hops. Full of sweet tropical fruit and zingy citrus hop flavour with a moderate bitterness, it’s a session beer for hop lovers!

The gentle pink colour of the spirit is achieved by maceration of hibiscus flowers post-distillation. Hibiscus is a symbol of the Okinawa Islands blooming all year round.

One shot, pot distilled to maximise flavour extraction and mouth feel, this small batch spirit is reminiscent of a fragrant green curry.

A bold lager with a chocolately dark side. Sydney Brewery Darlo Dark is soft, balanced and refreshingly smooth with the addition of noble hops which makes it a very cool beer.

The big floral aromatic hop character dances with the rich malty mouthfeel, ending with a fruity spicy bitterness bringing it all together.

Mountain Goat Organic Steam Ale is a crisp, certified organic ale. Incorporating wheat malt in the grist make up and fermented cool, with the use of Hallertau and Citra hops along with a light dose of Galaxy flowers at the end.

OBrien Pale Ale is a 100% gluten free light golden ale with abundant citrus and tropical fruit flavours with a light sweetness. OBrien Pale Ale was Australias first commercially produced gluten free beer and is made from gluten free millet and sorghum malts. It is a full bodied American style pale ale, and has been awarded multiple medals at the Australian International Beer Awards.

A big bold hoppy take on the classic American Pale Ale. Packed with American and Australian hops including Cascade, Columbus, Galaxy, Mosaic and Crystal, and supported by a firm malt backbone. Finishes clean with a firm bitterness.

A beer made for its sessionability, this filtered pale ale has been brewed to a drier style, with lower residual sugar to keep it bright, fresh and seriously quaffable. Rikau hops (NZ) were selected for the dual purpose of bittering and contributing punchy aromatics and flavour, adding flavours of stonefruit, peach and citrus to the palate. the addition of Mosaic hops (US) and the relatively unknown Blanc (GER) further lifts the aromatics with elements of fruit, floral, spice and earthiness.
