Bisquit & Dubouche VSOP is slowly matured in french oak barrels for a minimum of 4 years. A core of ripe fruits disclosing aromas of apricot and honey. For their Merlet VSOP cognac, Gilles and his two sons have selected and blended eaux-de-vie from four to five years or older, from different regions of the cognac appellation, ensuring the consistency of its quality. Nose: The nose is fine and intensely fruity with notes of white fruits and peach. Mouth: The mouth is supple and round, the finish is noticeably fruity. Delord XO Bas-Armagnac 10 Years Old
Prosper Delord was a travelling distiller who upon discovering Armagnac fell in love with the spirit and decided to start Maison Delord in 1893. Today Jerome and Sylvain Delord, Propers great grandchildren continue the tradition with the same passion, knowledge and love that has been handed down through the generations. This armagnac is aged for a minimum of 10 years. Aromas of caramel with flavours of spice and oak, mellowing out into plums and raisin sweetness and an aromatic finish.
High West Rendezvous Rye Whiskey
High West is Utahs first distillery since 1870 and the worlds only ski-in gastro distillery. Hand-numbered labels adorn hand-blown glass bottles with wooden-topped cork stoppers. It seemed obvious to us to select batches with a more advanced age than the average VSOP, remaining faithful to our DNA, elegant and perfectly balanced. This is why our new ART AUDRY VSOP cognac is a blend of high quality eaux-de-vie lasting 6 to 7 years on average, aged exclusively in oak barrels in damp cellars. A spirit at 40° so its versatility can go wonderfully with the most daring creations. Why “ART AUDRY”? The works of Anne Lesca, accomplished ceramist and 5th generation of the Audry family naturally inspired us. One work aroused a particular emotion: it is an abstract painting, an assembly of bright colors and materials which seemed to us to perfectly illustrate the genesis of cognac, a blended eau-de-vie by its very essence. We therefore reinterpreted this work on our bottles in a bold format, applying as a particular finishing, a special filter to the label visible under black light. TASTING NOTES The look: intense and luminous golden hue. The nose: aromas of melted wood blend delicately with notes of vanilla and dried fruits. (apricot,almond, hazelnut). The mouth: subtle floral and fruity notes combine with vanilla, with great finesse. The finish offers a nice length with the elegance of Petite Champagne and the fruity aromas of Fins Bois. DOMAINE TARIQUET BAS ARMAGNAC FOLLE BLANCHE 12 YEARS
Twelve years of aging signify the first maturity of the Folle Blanche. Served at room temperature with a fruity dessert, meringue pastry, or eaten alone: the taste experience of elegance. Tasting Notes: Deep golden colour and a fresh nose of fruit (orange, lemon, wild apple) and flowers. A silky texture gently intensifying the freshness of the attack towards a long palate evoking candied pineapple, nutmeg, white pepper and zest. Wood and fruit melted in balance. The finish is tinged with liquorice coated with these deep flavours close to nuts and typical of the aging of the great Bas-Armagnacs, called "rancio".
DOMAINE TARIQUET BAS ARMAGNAC 5 YEARS FOLLE BLANCHE CARAFE
The youngest of the brandies in this typical Bas-Armagnac blend was aged in oak barrels, in our cellars, for at least 3 years. Tasting Notes: A beautiful shade of old rum. A fine, elegant, subtle bouquet with no austerity. The oak reveals a hint of vanilla, enhanced by traces of cinnamon and dried fruit. The esters produce cocoa and vanilla aromas. A strong, well-balanced palate releases flavours of spices and currants. The finish has spicy undertones, with marked vanilla, prunes and dried fruit.

The youngest of the eaux-de-vie making up this blend of typical Bas-Armagnac grape varieties has been aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 3 years in our cellars. Tasting Notes: Beautiful amber colour, old gold. The nose of warm bread crust, blond caramel. With ventilation, the sensation of soft heat is confirmed and intensified then evolves into notes of angelica candied. The palate is frank, young, slightly vanilla, all marked by the toast and youth of burnt wood. A caressing brandy, all in flexibility.
