Bright and crisp, savoury and textured. Winemaker - Chris Madrez Fruit Source - Mayfield Vineyard (100 percent Cabernet). A fairly steep aspect with a north facing slope at the western end of the vineyard with the altitude at 900m. Alc per Vol: 13.5 percent
