Intense aromas of red and black berries, an infusion of raspberries, currants, and other native berries, with some mint and licorice leaves drawing out the balsamic notes that surround them. the palate recall a fruity blend of red and black berries, cherries, raspberries, and blackberries accompanied by a range of balsamic notes: rosemary, mint, licorice, and some salty and earthy final touches that give it a certain tension and freshness.

Ruby red wine with distinctive violet hue. Fruity aromas of berries and hints of Mediterranean spices on the nose. Flavours of dark berries, plum, earthy cranberry and cherry, with subtle hints of tobacco. Soft and velvety, perfectly balanced by medium acidity and tannins, with a medium to long very pleasant finish.

The Varietal Merlot from BOVIN is a dry red wine with a strong intense purple color that hints of the youth and deep character of the wine. The nose is alive with tones of cherries, berries, roses, and plumbs. Its taste is full and rich, with ample tannins. BOVIN Merlot complements everything from green vegetables to pork.
