LTCf stands for 'little touch of cabernet franc'. This classic Bordeaux blend has plenty of rich and concentrated flavours with fine tannins.

Since the first release in 2002, Fraser Gallop Estate have gone from strength to strength, picking up a Jimmy Watson Medal along the way. Product is blended and stocked in steel tanks before bottling. This blend aims to display an international style whilst maintaining the taste characteristics of a typical Veronese wine. Trinity Hill Gimblett Gravels The Gimblett Cabernet Merlot, Hawkes Bay The lions share of Trinity Hills grapes comes from the Gimblett Gravels region, in the lee of Roys Hill. The gravelly soils were left behind by the Ngaruroro River as it changed course over time. The Rock of Solitude is a special place in our vineyard, a single flat rock facing west, overlooking Geographe Bay. In the quiet of the early morning and evening this is the perfect place to seek seclusion and regain energy from the earth. Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were machine-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The ferments were pumped over twice a day. Postalcoholic fermentation, it was pressed to tank before racking off to barrel for malo-lactic fermentation and maturation. The wine was then blended together, fined, filtered and bottled.
