Inspired by Donegal whiskeys of days gone by, they have sourced the finest double distilled single malts and triple distilled peated single malts with soft grain whiskey. The Legendary Dark Silkie is the second release in the Silkie Whiskey Collection. Continuing to draw inspiration from the rich folktales of the Silkie Seals, often told by the glow of its core triple distilled peated single malt which is matured malt is peated to 55ppm which after triple distillation sweet smoky flavour. A blend of Double distilled, Triple distillied 55ppm single malt and Corn grain column still.Nose: Fresh apple and pear with spiced dry smoke and welcoming virgin oak Taste: The Dark Silkie's signature softness develops to a rich salted caramel sweetness. Waves of sweet pipe tobacco, liquorice and dark chocolate give way to warm toffee and pear. Finish: Warming elegant finish of malty smoke and peanut butter.

Dried fig, sweet malt, vanilla and spices with creamy mouth feel. FINISH: Superb oak influence, lovely finish with satisfying after taste that lingers on the palate.

Woodford Reserve Double Oaked is matured in separate, charred oak barrels adding a rich and colourful flavour to their Kentucky straight bourbon. Before bottling, the second barrel is deeply toasted before a light charring - extracting additional amounts of soft, sweet oak character. The innovative approach to maturation has crafted a delicious and award winning bourbon whiskey.

Bottled at 43% vol, the BenRiach 10 Years Old is Classic Speyside in character. This fresh, lively, fruit-laden single malt captures Warm Oak Spices, Green Apple, Dried Apricots, Peach and Banana with subtle touches of Aniseed, Lemon Zest and Barley. Warm toasted oak spices flood through green apple skins and dried apricots, ripening to hints of peach and soft banana. Subtle touches of aniseed and lemon zest create a contrasting edge to the fruit and add an intriguing character to the long, crisp barley finish.

Wild Turkey Rare Breed is a Barrel Proof Bourbon, meaning no water is added to reduce the level of alcohol during the bottling process. This method captures its rich pure Bourbon flavour. Medium to full-bodied with a nose of spring flowers balanced by a touch of black pepper and almonds.

Yoichi Single Malt is described as bold and strong. Pleasant peaty notes and smokiness originate from traditional direct coal-fired distillation accented with a briny hint delivered by the sea breeze during the ageing process.

Writers Tears Pot Still Irish Whiskey delivers a wonderful combination of soft bourbon notes with an undercurrent of light malt with crisp, mouth watering bursts of honey and spice. This is a throwback to the last century in Ireland where spiced Pure Pot Still Whiskey was married with floral single malt.
