The Gospel Straight Rye Whiskey is made from 100% Australian Mallee Rye, grown in one of the driest regions of the driest country in the world. We use 100% rye mash - double distilled and then aged for at least two years in new American Oak barrels in Melbourne, Australia. Full flavoured Rye, fresh baked rye bread on the nose, caramel and spice on the pallete.

A 100% rye made in Brunswick, Melbourne from all-Australian grain grown in the Mallee. Following double distillation the whisky is matured in a two-storey tall bespoke solera system composed of new American oak and x Australian wine barrels.

The Whistler 5 Year Old Bodega Cask Single Malt is a triple distilled whiskey that has been wholly matured in the finest Spanish Sherry Butts for its whole life. These butts were sourced from our partners in the famed Bodegas of Jerez de la Frontera.

Nose: Apple drops, fresh citrus zest, creamy and luscious toffee undertones with banana, apricot, melon and creamy red raspberries. Palate: Sweet peach on the fore with pear and a bright fresh citrus zest. Malt undertone with creamy vanilla underneath Finish: Long and creamy with hints of pear and citrus zest remaining.

An inviting nose where barbeque smoke and cloves are intermingled with fresh notes of butterscotch and orange peel. On the pallet a fascinating blend of Applewood smoke, honey and all spice are married with stewed pears and fresh grilled pineapple. This whiskey finishes with the return of a savoury smoke over a lingering wood undertone, which combines delightfully with notes of salted caramel.

For the Brabazon Bottling Series 4, Teeling sourced unique barrels used by a long forgotten historical style of portugese port to prroduce a truly unique and distinctive bottling of Teeling Whiskey. Carvacelos is a style of Portugese fortified wine dating back to the 18th Century. These rare port barrels were filled with single malt distilled in 2007 and left for over two years to impart the full range of flavour and character on the whiskey. The result is a truly unique whiskey bursting with soft citrus fruits and distinctive prickly spice. Tasting Notes Nose: Caramel, malt, toffee, white grapes, Granny Smith apples, honeydew melon and mint Taste: Complex orchard fruit, hay-like malt, toast, honey, marmalade, sweetness, oak tannins and spice Finish: Port soaked dry fruit, malt and hints of cookie dough.

Some like it hot, so what better way than to set Irish Whiskey on fire in a blend of sweet and spice. Aromas of fresh cinnamon rolls hot from the oven meet toffee pennies and candyfloss. On the palette waves of cinnamon spice round out to a warming finish with a prickle of chilli. Dubliner Fiery Irish is made for those high energy moments as a shot or for slower moments as an after-dinner drink, served neat or over ice. It's fiery and deeply satisfying.

The Silkie seals of the Donegal coast are mythical shapeshifters who transform into beautiful women when they shed their seal skin coats. The Legendary Silkie Irish Whiskey is inspired by these enchanting sea maidens. The legendary Silkie is a blended Irish whiskey bottled by Sliabh Liag Distillers. While they build their whiskey distillery, they have sourced the finest double and triple distilled malts and a hint of peated malt. Bottled at 46% ABV the whiskey is not chill filtered giving a rich character to a super soft whiskey. Presented in a tall elegant bottle, the Silkie label is reflective of the blue/green colour of the sea at the foot of the Sliabh Liag Cliffs. A blend of Double distilled, Triple distillied 55ppm single malt and Corn grain column still.Nose: Fresh with gentle malt, green apple opens up to a more honeyed butteryness Taste: Super soft, warm sweet honeyed ginger bread, hints of orange zest, brioche and butterscotch Finish: Warming elegant finish with the slightest hint of peat

A 12 Year Old Single Malt aged in bourbon casks for 12 years giving the whiskey a honied sweetness, rich vanilla, oak spices and a herbal undertone. On the nose this Whiskey gives a natural honied sweetness with rich vanilla, oak spices and a herbal undertone. These notes develop to orchard fruits of white peach, apple & pear. The taste offers citrus hints of lemon, dried orange and a touch of honeysuckle. These flavours will evolve giving way to a silky vanilla palate with a tingle of spiced pear and warming notes of ginger and clove to finish.

The Renaissance Series 4 consists of 18 Year Old Single Malt that was aged initially in ex-Bourbon barrels before being finished in high quality, ex-Pineau de Charentes wine casks, imparting pressed grape and candied dried fruit flavours of apricot and pineapple character. Limited to just 9,000 bottles, the resulting Single Malt is then bottled at 46% with no chill filtration.
