Bushmills Single Malt Whiskey 16 year old is aged for 16 years in a combination of Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon-seasoned casks, then matured for several months in port wine barrels. The unique maturation process gives this single malt its distinct notes of juicy fruits, nuts and spice, as well as a hint of ruby redness. Its best enjoyed neat or over ice.

Tin Cup Whiskey is cut with Rocky Mountain water and aged for a minimum of four years in American white oak barrels with number three char. It is a blend of two great American whiskeys. 'High rye' bourbon, distilled and aged in Indiana, is blended with a small amount of Colorado single malt whiskey. Tin Cup is named for the Colorado mining pioneers and the tin cups from which they drank their whiskey.

An inviting nose where barbeque smoke and cloves are intermingled with fresh notes of butterscotch and orange peel. On the pallet a fascinating blend of Applewood smoke, honey and all spice are married with stewed pears and fresh grilled pineapple. This whiskey finishes with the return of a savoury smoke over a lingering wood undertone, which combines delightfully with notes of salted caramel.

Sliabh Liag Distillers have taken a bold step with The Legendary Dark Silkie in reintroducing consumers to rich, smoky, peated Irish whiskey. Inspired by Donegal whiskeys of days gone by, they have sourced the finest double distilled single malts and triple distilled peated single malts with soft grain whiskey. The Legendary Dark Silkie is the second release in the Silkie Whiskey Collection. Continuing to draw inspiration from the rich folktales of the Silkie Seals, often told by the glow of its core triple distilled peated single malt which is matured malt is peated to 55ppm which after triple distillation sweet smoky flavour. A blend of Double distilled, Triple distillied 55ppm single malt and Corn grain column still.Nose: Fresh apple and pear with spiced dry smoke and welcoming virgin oak Taste: The Dark Silkie's signature softness develops to a rich salted caramel sweetness. A big value, one litre direct import of the Kentucky Bourbon standard. The Four Roses distillery is located in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky on the banks of the Salt River in Anderson County. The distillery has a unique Spanish Mission-style architecture rarely seen in Kentucky and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The company attributes their product's quality to several factors: A unique Limestone water source, the spring-fed Salt River; a high quality grain source (Four Roses are the only distillery using the same grain source for 45 years, paying a premium for quality); Two Mash Bills in daily production - one mash bill contains significantly more rye than any other Bourbon, resulting in a spicy, full-bodied taste; and five proprietary yeast strains, each producing uniquely different flavours.

Aromas are big and robust with a touch of treacle toffee and sweet spice. This whiskey is full boded, it's dominate by praline, honey and caramelised fruits and toasted nuts. The finish is deep and is jammed with berries and dark chocolate.
