Swings & Roundabouts Rosé is a beautiful blend produced by the fusion of 59% Malbec with 12.5% Sangiovese and 28.5% Tempranillo grapes. These luscious fruit parcels were picked in the cool of the night and chilled with skin contact. The juice obtained by cold pressing was fermented and then bottled. The resulting blend features a pale coral pink hue. Fresh aromas of spicy fruits fuse with light bramble notes to flaunt a fragrant bouquet. The fruity and vibrant palate packs juicy tropical fruit flavours, supported by crisp and sparkling acidity. These enticing characters provide a soft texture, culminating the wine in a lively and persistent finish. Made for consumption upon release, this magnificent Rosé tastes lovely with ham hock croquette with herb aioli and goat cheese.

Shining in a clear ruby red colour, the bouquet intrigues you with notes of raspberry and wild berries, mixed with a number of spices and aromas of undergrowth. In the mouth it surprises with a wonderful elegance and a good tannic structure to frame the wine. Velvety tannins in the finish. Already enjoyable now despite the young age, it will develop over a few years. Suggested food pairings: lamb, roasted red meats, herb risotto and hard mature cheeses.

Situated in the historically significant and picturesque Neive, the winery's annual output totals around 15,000 bottles. The Pasquale Pelissero Barbera D'Alba 2021 is a pure expression of 100% Barbera grapes, cultivated in vineyards with a south-west exposure and boasting a vine age of 30 years. Cantina Vallebelbo is located in Piemonte, in the small village of Santo Stefano Belbo, between the provinces of Cuneo and Asti. The name of the winery is inspired by the river Belbo that runs through the valley. Over the centuries, the river has shaped the surrounding hills, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2014. Very bright crimson red color, with intense aromas of redcurrants and complex notes of dusty baked earth. Very juicy berries on the palate with sweet, plump red fruits on the mid-palate in particular, supported by floral notes and prominent but refined Nebbiolo tannins. An excellent, well-priced introduction to this classic Italian variety.
