Domain des Restanques in Provence has over a 1000 aromatic plants like sage, wormwood, lemon verbena, rosemary, angelica, balm, coriander, mint ... others like gentian, savory, thyme grow abuntly in countryside. Jean Boyer selects 24 plants and 12 spices to macerate individually before blending and distilling. The pastis is then bottled without filtration to keep optimum flavour and colour resulting in an intensely elegant drink.

The new Disclosure expression Amazingly expressive young whisky ! Malt distilled in 2006 and matured in deeply humid caves within intensely Pedro Ximenez impregnated media botas (250 liters). Four selected casks blended together to obtain regularity of taste. 53% natural strength decreased at bottling time to 49% per volume. Amber tint with ruby reflections. Mellow with roasted almond notes with a soft pungency. Floral and intense nose.

A Single cask Whisky produced only from malt spirit distilled in Scotland and matured in a fresh cream sherry oak cask. Prior to bottling, its natural strength 51% alc./vol. is reduced to 45% alc./vol. Dark amber robe with a reddish tinge. Fragrances of Sherry, flowers, vanilla, dried fruits. Mellow, and long in the mouth. A fabulous balance between sherrys warmth and the fresh flavours only barley can produce.

The 'Special Vatting' peaty malt Whisky is a vatting of three single cask whiskies distilled in Scotland, each one having aged over 12 years in oak. Reduced to 45% alc./vol. Beige amber tint. Fragrances of Sherry, leather, tobacco, fruity wood. Silky texture, powerful and very length in mouth. An elegant vatting gathering mellow and sherry whiskies enhanced by the peaty younger whisky.
Vedrenne Pages Aloe Liqueur
Colour: shiny and colourless. Scent: very expressive, nicely floral, with warm tones, finely peppered with subtil notes of vanilla. Flavour: full and mellow, with floral notes of aromatic marshmallow and exotic blossoms. Alc./Vol.: 18%

Dolin Suedois Bitter
During the 18th century this elixir enabled Swedish doctor, Claus Samst, to heal the poor, vagrants, workers and anyone who had difficult lives. After much research and hours of hard work he compiled a manuscript describing 46 diseases that could be healed with this elixir. In 1821, Joseph Chavasse, founder of La Maison Dolin, saved the elixir from extinction by marketing it under the name Suédois Dolin in memory of the famous doctor. Its recipe has remained unchanged.
